Job Profile:
o Reporting to the Company Chief Financial Manager.
o Prepare periodic financial statement including balance sheet, profit and loss.
o AR & AP Analysis by system generated ageing reports.
o Assets accounting with calculation of depreciation.
o Payroll Processing, Ensuring periodic Bank & Cash reconciliations.
o Preparing budgets and cash flows to insure spending is kept in line with budget
o Working with bank for L/C establishing, Bank guarantees, Import & Export Doc.

o Prepares and records assets, liabilities, revenues and expenses entries by completing and analyzing account information.
o Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts with providing information to auditors with trial balance in line with system reports.
o Liaising with other function managers to put the finances and accounts in context.
o Monitoring and evaluating financial information systems and suggesting improvements where needed.
o Analyzing financial performance and contributing to medium and long-term business planning/forecasts.
o Offering professional judgment on financial matters and advising on ways of improving business performance.
o Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.


 Other responsibilities for purchasing were as per bellow:

o Purchasing goods and services for the best price and quality.
o Contract management and negotiation.
o Dealing with national and overseas suppliers.
o Building strong working relationship both internally and with key suppliers.
o Understanding and keeping up with new trends and regulations in the business.
o Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
