I have been assigned for the following responsibilities during my experience
Camps inspection.
Checking of fire protection and detection devices.
Observing unsafe act and condition and giving recommendation to rectify
the unsafe act and condition.
Investigating the causes of accidents and incidents.
Recommend, where appropriate, approved types of protective clothing and
equipment necessary.
Carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are
being properly implemented.
Communicate and coordinate with site management, employees and
main--contractor in managing the major HSE issues to reduce negative
impacts.
Visit different sites for the monitoring and inspection or HSE activities.
Ensuring the safe installation of equipment.
Conduct tool box talk.
Inspection of scaffolding.
Preparing different kinds of reports such as daily, weekly, monthly reports
and incident, accident, and near miss reports.
