* Creating firewall policies for enterprise users to access Mobily services.
* Troubleshooting NAC authentication issues with the users which include Clear pass, Great bay profiling,
and SEP connections.
* Creating rules on IPS, proxy, CISCO Umbrella and other security appliances to block the Indicators of
compromise (IOCs).
* Vulnerability scanning for Mobily enterprise devices using Qualys scanner appliance.
* Implementation, blocking, and white-listing user's emails access through Mobily mail gateway (Symantec
messaging gateway).
* Implementing accessing mails using MDM for Mobily employees using Mobile iron applications.
* Working on the following systems and vendors:
* Firewalls: Juniper ( SRX3600, SRX3400, SRX650, NetScreen-ISG2000), Cisco ASA (ASA-5580-20, ASA5540),
Fortinet(1500D, 3600C, 1000C, 3810A, 310B, 1200D, 3240C).
* IPS: Palo Alto (PA-5050, PA-3060), Cisco firepower(8350, 8140, 8250)
* Arcsight logger to track the users traffic to Mobily services.
* Symantec messaging gateway (SMG), Symantec endpoint protection (SEP).
* Mobile device management using the mobile iron application.
Level 1 Troubleshooting for the MPLS circuits ( IP VPN, DIA, PLL, DLL )By checking customer's routers
configuration.
* providing the customers there Correct ( IP addresses, BGP NO., VLAN NO. and PORTS NO. )
* Providing a solutions for customers problems according to the results of the
* Troubleshooting (Customer configuration issues, internal wiring and power Issues)

Telecommunications) during the mentioned period which includes:
* Introduction to SITA Network.
* Communication Protocols on the SITA Network (X.25, X.28, P1024B, P1024C, P1040).
* Operation of the SITA users interfaces system (UIS & XIS).
* Installation and Maintenance of SITA user's high speed and low speed
Communication terminals.
* Testing and fixing the SITA Trunk lines and leased lines in coordination with PTT.
* Operating the SITA Messaging systems (Lotus notes & SITATEX).
Installation and Maintenance of the LAN Networks in the Branch.
