• Scheduling and organizing preventive maintenance of all the company equipment.

• Organizing team of Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Sub-contractors through all phases for proper execution of Project
• Plan, schedule and budget all technical work in a cost effective way.
• Establish and maintain good communication skills with Clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Establish Joint Ventures with new top rated companies.
• Liaise with project legal counsel in establishing terms and conditions for each contract package, based on company standards.
• Reviewing Project Delivery and performance reports and suggesting the Control steps to achieve the required revenue to meet up the Operations Budget.
• Reviewing of Project dashboards to check the Cost, Revenue, GP & GP% inline with estimation vs Operation Budget.
• Leading monthly OKR & BFRM meetings and presenting to Board
• Leading Steering Committee meetings along with Project delivery & Performance meetings
• Attending weekly Safety awareness meetings at client sites to enhance safety awareness among employees and to achieve Safety Targets
• Bid / no bid decisions and guiding the estimation department with necessary estimation inputs and attending Board presentation meetings for bid approvals.
• Work with Project Managers on issues of contract management during execution: help resolve changes, conflicts and other contractual issues.
• Bidding and identifying other contracting scope (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Operation & Maintenance), joint venture with other contracting companies.
• Built & maintained effective partnerships with key Clients, including Aramco, Sabic, Maaden, SEC, Petro Rabigh, SAR and various Private Companies.
• Successfully managed long-form & short-form contracts across Maintenance, Construction, Specialized Industrial services & Waste Management services.
• Ensured Compliance with Contractual Obligations and Safety standards across all project sites.
• For Estimating and getting awarded the Long Form Contract for Chemical Cleaning for SABIC during July’ 2024, Major Turnaround for Riyadh Refinery, during Feb’ 2023, Various MOC jobs for Aramco, Sabic, Maaden, Petro Rabigh, SEC during 2022, Long form Fuel Oil Storage Tanks Maintenance contract covering EOA, COA & WOA for SEC during Apr’ 2021.
• Major Achievements in Developing the capability of Company (Al-Suwaidi Industrial Services) in Turnarounds / Shutdowns / Maintenance / Specialized Industrial services by bringing Automated technologies and establishing company for new change over from 2016 till date and prequalifying company for these services with Aramco, Sabic, Maaden, Petro Rabigh & Other Clients.
