In the present capacity, directing overall IT Department with key involvement in planning IT budget/resources; reviewing the status of the IT portfolio with the leadership to insure alignment with the business strategies; and ensuring service availability/stability at all sites.

Planning, development and operation of all IT infrastructure and application components including ERP, CRM, Portal, and Others.

- Successfully implemented and transformed to Cloud Office365 (Outlook, Office, One Drive, Intune. Skype for Business (Lync) and Share Point) across the company.
- Technical contributions includes spearheading high-end dedicated VPN Connectivity for 45+ Locations; implementation of Disaster Recovery on Azure cloud platform; design & implementation of Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft CRM.
- Design, development, & implementation of HR Self Service system digitizing all HR Processes across the company.
- Exhibited expertise in automation by designing, developing, and implementation of a Workflow Management System platform to automate DoA (Delegated Authority Matrix); Full Integration between ERP & ALKON Batch Plants.
- Managed full Integration between ERP & Weighbridge Systems; and Full Integration between ERP & Concrete Compressive Strength Machines.
