My job responsibilities are as a new brand in Bangladesh:
• Develop proper sales planning in order to increase the business and achieve the target.
• Target oriented sales & marketing for all types of industrial lubricants.
• Create new industrial customers and operate industrial and technical sales team.
• Develop new technical sales team in industrial sector.
• Develop Product data sheet with R&D team.
• Serve all types of lubricants related technical support and after sales services such as proper lubricants in a proper application, complain handling, condition monitoring and customization of new product development etc.
• Serve training session on the new sales personal.
• Co-operative the technical team with management.
• Make a report on sales forecast; target v achievement, promotional activities, product base market position, new product introduce and how to increase market in a position.
