• Procuring IT needed items by getting the best option and cost effective.
• Troubleshooting end user issues.
•Migrating physical systems into virtual within Nutanix environment.
•Managing physical IT infrastructure machines (Servers, SAN storages, Firewall, ..etc.).
•Responding to the system and network administrator needs to provide them the most effective environment for their systems (OS, switches, firewalls, …etc.).
•Administrating IT cloud systems (AWS).
•Monitoring IT infrastructure environment.
•Troubleshooting end user issues.
