Manage a team of 6 trainers to support over 4500 employees operating around 100 amusement centers with 3 entertainment brands in 16 cities in KSA, UAE, Egypt & Turkey.

Duties:

Supporting the Talent Management initiatives with business strategies across all functions, processes, systems, and efficient utilization of the training.
Manage the career development programs for Saudi nationals by promoting candidates for the next career level.
Effectively lead an innovative development of the Management & Leadership programs and courses, consulting & designing interventions that achieve business objectives.
Achieving productivity across the organization by demonstrating & reporting value, performance evaluations and best practices.
Liaising with business leaders to provide Management training calendar that meets organizational demand.
Ensuring training resources, learning technologies and standards are adhered to
- Maintaining all related detailed training records
- Monitoring Projects Dashboard ensuring projects are researched, planned, monitored and completed on time to quality standards
- Liaising with HR Business Partners to stay updated on needs, collaborative initiatives and shared learning opportunities
- Providing a high level of consistent support for Administration and Training team as well as coaching and mentoring where required

Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
Manage and lead effective induction and orientation programs.
Manage the pre-opening training of the amusement centers for all staff at all levels

Consults with the operations and senior management to assess training needs, and develops a training strategy in accordance with the requirements of the Brand team.

Manage and develop a strategic relationship with training suppliers to maintain the consistency of training delivery across all stores in MENA region.

Build the business strategy for KSA to train & develop the existing female staff in the stores by conducting product knowledge training, standard operations procedures, basic retail skills, admin and back office training, till operations training, soft skills and behavioral training.

Oversees the development, implementation and maintenance of all product knowledge training tools and calendar for ongoing and new product launches.

Set evaluation criteria and track training effectiveness, identify gaps and improvement areas. Build up and roll out plan to improve it.
