Gathering the Project updates from the Site Engineers and Update the progress in the Program using Primavera (P6).
Scheduling the project using Primavera (P6).
Monitoring the progress with respect to the Baseline Program and calculate the variances.
Preparing of Mobilization plan & Organization chart.
Preparing Manpower Mobilization & Demobilization plan for each work discipline and prepare the Manpower Histogram.
Calculate the man-hours and compare the Plan budgeted vs. actual.
Update the document control register to reflect daily Drawing Submission, Approval, Rejection and Back log with the help of Design Engineers.
Update the status of Material Submittals/Approvals, Material Request, Local Purchase Order (LPO), International Purchase Order (IPO) and Material Delivery at site with the help of Procurement/ Material Engineer.
Maintaining correspondences related to Project.
Preparing and Analyzing Daily Progress Report (DPR).
To generate the S Curve and update the progress with respect to Plan vs. Actual.
To prepare WPR (Weekly Progress Report) and MPR (Monthly Progress Report) and submit to the main contractor/consultant.
Preparing photographic progress report based on actual site status.
Preparing photographic potential delay report due to delaying from other contractors.
