• Preparing, Inspection and Test Plans, Method Statements, and Quality Control procedures.

• Ensuring all works executed by the subcontractors team comply with approved drawings, specifications,
and project standards.
• Ensuring proper traceability of materials by maintaining records of delivery notes, batch numbers, and
test results.

• Conducting inspections of civil works (concrete, steel, finishing, and infrastructure) at all stages of
construction.
• Preparing documents such as RFIs (Request for Inspection), IRs (Inspection Reports), MIRs
(Material Inspection Requests), and daily reports
• Coordinating with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for inspections and approvals.
• Maintaining records of inspection reports, test results, and quality-related documentation for handover.
• Ensuring compliance with international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO, etc.) as
required by project specifications.
• Monitoring structural works (concrete, masonry, finishing, etc.) to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Train and guide site teams, foremen, and subcontractors on quality standards and best practices
• Ensuring all works executed by the subcontractors team comply with approved drawings, specifications,
and project standards
