- Create maintenance schedules, work orders planning & spare parts control for Raw mill, Cement mill, packing machines & Utilities areas using the SAP MM module system (MD04, MM03, MM04, MB5B, MB51, IW31, IW32, IW38, IW28, IW45, ME51N, ME52N...).
- Cooperate with other stakeholders for spare parts controlling & ordering. Maintenance activities planning (shutdowns, preventive and predictive maintenance activities), manpower planning.
- Maintenance budget preparation, and purchase requisitions.
- Interact with spare parts suppliers for quality, on-time delivery & technical evaluation coordination with the procurement team.
- Configuring DCS and PLCs to perform manufacturing tasks safely.
- Communicating with others to ensure successful check-out, start-up, and commissioning of projects involving DCS & PLCs.
- Leading or assisting troubleshooting efforts associated with the control systems to avoid or minimize production upsets and/or downtime.
- Supporting Operations by assisting in training operators on how the control systems functions and in diagnosing operating problems.
- Advanced knowledge in low/medium voltage switchgear, Main distribution board, Power factor correction panels.
- Advanced Knowledge in Drives configuration and troubleshooting "ABB ACS1000 - ACS 800".
- Advanced Knowledge in Drives configuration and troubleshooting and soft starter.
- Advanced knowledge in low voltage distribution panels "MMC".
- Troubleshooting/Calibration of instruments.
- Three years of experience as a field engineer with a focus on turbo machinery controls (steam turbine & gas turbine).
- Good knowledge on Teleperm XP "one of the most successful DCS systems in the world, based on the SIEMENS S5 product range".
- Preparation of equipment and material specifications.
- Preparation of design reports.
- Experience with reciprocating compressors.
-Experience with Gas & Steam Turbines.
