Hill International have entered in a agreement with MODON Living Community a Saudi Industrial Authority a Government entity entrusted in the establishment, development and operation of Industrial Estates and Technology Zones in partnership with the private sector, throughout the Kingdom, to provide consultancy and advisory services on various activities.
I am playing an advisory and consultancy role to MODON in liaison with Private Investors.
My responsibility is to review the Feasibility Studies and Financial Planning provided by the Private Investor, Preparation of Financial Model for MODON for presentation to the Board and Investor.
Advise MODON management on the best method of dealing with investors.
Reviewing project feasibilities.

Warsan LLC is a property development company based in Dubai specialising in a four star hotels and furnished accommodations. My responsibility is to prepare the financial plans for the projects and do the feasibility studies.
Anwaar Majan is the company based in Oman daling with investments and property development I have been assigned to prepare studies for various development which also including the investment appraisal of various investments.

Joined Dubai Properties Group (DPG) IN 2002, when JBR project was launched, was involved in the setting up of the company, preparation of the feasibility study and the project financial modeling, establishing prices for the apartments and hotels. My first responsibility was to establish an efficient Finance department to cope with the volume and complexity of the activities, I had major responsibility of ensuring liquidity of the organisation throughout the development period. Was in charge of the overall operation of the department with regards to the day to day management. Ensuring all the accounting activities are running efficiently and smoothly. At its peak the strength of the team was 50 staff dealing with various projects, five staff were fully qualified Chartered Accountants who were reporting to me directly.
Directing all accounting functions, for DPG which consists of five subsidiaries, as well as financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash management. Streamlining the functions and reporting systems. Overseeing units P&L . Assist in preparation of annual budgets and do the consolidation. Assisting in the preparation of five years business plan and the company strategic plan based on the overall parents corporate plan. Dealing with various banks and other financial institutions in raising finance, arranging for the funds deposits, and ensuring proper and efficient cash management, to maintain liquidity for the company. Established reporting system whereby we produced robust MIS to the management on a day to day as well monthly, with regards to funds collection, project progress and all other matter with regards to contractors and consultants.
Guiding corporate policies and procedure compliance. Orchestrated rollout of Oracle Financials ERP system. Recently moved to Salwan Property Management as Executive Director overseeing Retail operation from Leasing to Mall Management. Also responsible in the Finance function and deputising for the CEO.
