*Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
*Provide counseling on policies and procedures
*Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

• Responsible for handling the property administration of six buildings.
• Manage existing Tenant relations with regards to their needs.
• Present properties to new/potential tenants and negotiate contracts/prices/rates/services.
• Prepare, update and organize tenant contracts.
• Deal with contractors for maintenance, cleaning, renovation and others.
• Manage, monitor, and handle collection, payment dues, and invoices.
• Handled and monitor schedule for property maintenance.
• Preparing periodic reports to the
management
- Translates a variety of documents including research, technical, scientific, educational, and commercial materials
- Developing contacts and using
translation computer programmes
