measurement books, value of work done (VOWD) measurements, including
verification to allow certification of payment
• Coordinate with EPC to maintain the Project master schedule integrating offshore
equipment
• Review on a weekly basis the onshore project schedule and its reporting as Scurves
and report any deviancies
• Evaluate, assess and recommend how to handle all variation orders from EPC
Contractors
• Assist in managing any claims received from the EPC Contractor and evaluate,
assess and recommend how to respond
• Handle any disputes that may arise with the EPC Contractor or any other third
parties involved with the Project
• Ensure that change, claim, back charge, invoice and insurance registers are
maintained up to date and included within the Monthly Report
