• Developing new business prospects in assigned new countries and Markets.

• Setting the Marketing strategies for existing and new unintended countries.
• Create sales and marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, handbooks and presentations for clients.
• Monitor all regional marketing activities, including social media and websites, location advertising, Exhibitions and performance, etc.
• Monitoring market situation, prices, demands to set convenient services with the matching good prices.
• Setting up Preventive Maintenance systems and strategy for tools and equipment.
• Monitoring the quality assuring system and responsible for monitoring and renewing the ISO 9001 - 18001.
• Monitoring and evaluating the Payment cycles of clients and working on eliminating any delays for payment from customers.
• Investigating and presenting failures to clients providing failure reports and presentations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Responsible for the project of implementing the SAGE (Tally) Program.
· Main responsibility is Root cause analysis and Fault finding for Failures.

· Technical Support and Advisory for the Event Maintenance Based Program (EBM).

· Managing Engineers and Technicians Maintenance teams.
· Auditing and following up the Maintenance Process.
· Technical preparing and planning for Jobs.
· Rig up of surface equipment, including sensors, surface unit, and surface system.
· Inspect and test all M/LWD tools and equipment before, during, and after each job.
· Monitor and perform quality checks on data received from M/LWD Tools, including testing and calibrations, before running in hole.
· Provides on-site supervision of the logging while drilling process including tool preparations, data acquisition, log generation and quality control, and delivery of the services to the customer.
· Identify and correct operational problems to prevent or minimize service impact.
· Provide technical consulting to the customer. These areas include mud hydraulics, Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) planning, pore pressure analysis, formation evaluation, drilling tendencies, the mud system, and BHA dynamics.
· Proficient in the use of LWD computer software and able to provide advice and analysis to the client representative at the work site, including all survey calculations, log generation and basic geosteering services and data quality control.
· Ensures the accuracy and completeness of all required forms, databases (i.e., Service vouchers, lost/damaged equipment, radiation site survey, end of job customer survey report, First Alert Database /Correction, Prevention and Improvement).
· Assists in the evaluation of individual performance levels of onsite LWD personnel, and assists in training and development of junior personnel.

Responsible for performing Preventive Maintenance for rig site tools in the Sector of Measuring While Drilling/Logging While Drilling (MWD/LWD), also Responsible for the Out Going check of the AUTO TRAK G3 tool (Decoding and Job Simulation). Trouble shooting and Fault Finding coordinating with Reliability Engineering, Formation Evaluation Team member (FE Team) responsible for these tools:
