Overall responsibilities,

To make purchase requisition
follow shortage items Receive deliveries of goods and supplies.
Check for damaged or missing items.
Store goods.
Move stock around by hand, using lifting gear or a forklift truck.
Pack orders.
Load, and sometimes deliver, goods.
Keep records of stock.
Keep paperwork up to date.
Knowledge of maintainance spares ordering thro proper manuals for forklift overhead cranes and other general machines .
refurbish planning and experience in using old parts in other any emergency breakdown if any emergency required .
Knowledge of MRP planning and automatics purchase request raise .
well experience SAP MATERIAL MANAGMENT.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

Daily activity planning - stock, manpower, picking, packing, loading, unloading,

Conduct documentation in WMS, E-way bill etc

Support in inventory management, stock count, Keep products organised in the warehouse

Update seniors and Delivery details, File documentation.

Follow ups with Branches for posting GRN in Inventory software SAP

Keep a record of stock - batch

Support in keeping the store clean and organized.

Operate warehouse handling Equipment.

Receiving material, Arranging materials, Preservation of the material

Performs other duties as assigned.
