• Assigned as a Senior VOIP engineer for operations and maintenance of cisco voice networks of the customers of the MSP (managed service provider).
• Cisco Voice remote Support and implementation for varied customers giving them unified communication solution.
• Sole responsible for cisco voice issues and activities like creating SOP’s, scheduling maintenance windows, working with development team of Vistara platform to fully integrate and enhance the functionality of the Vistara in monitoring and maintaining the Cisco UC devices.
• Voice Gateway Configurations on demand changes and all the related activities like updating dial plan as required.
• Working in United States timings for all the US clients and do supporting in off hour of US business.
• Almost all the product line of the UC with 9 versions like, CUCM, CUXN, UCCX, CUBE, UNITY, VG, CUPS.
