My responsibility includes identifying issues and risks and proposing priorities of problem resolution and also included managing small enhancements. Work with team to escalate and/or resolve/troubleshoot technical
Issues. Actively participate in requirement gathering for all future enhancements of the Network, functional specifications & participate in the technical specification documentation process. Verifying technical specification and preparing the reports accordingly of new projects.
Actively participated in all phases of networking projects viz. need /requirement analysis, product selection and evaluation, technical and commercial negotiations, network implementation and management
Underwent training imparted by the company to understand the entire Software system used which was primarily developed using COBOL and SCULPTOR Carried out a detailed study of the IT Infrastructure present and the software system which was to be phased out gradually making way for a modern system The application modules existing in COBOL and Sculptor catering to IT needs like Payroll, Labor Costing, Accounts, Mechanic Time Cards etc
• Involved in requirement analysis and database design.
• Developed the application based on the requirements.
• Involved in giving demo & online support to client.
