•To perform Hydraulic Calculations for Fire Sprinkler System using Elite program and to obtain the Demand Pressure & Demand Flow.
•To design & select the Fire Pumps, cold water pumps, hot water pumps & Chilled water pumps etc., as required.
•To prepare the HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Suppression Layout as per ASHRAE & NFPA requirements.
•To manage and monitor the quality of all the prepared work & Co-ordinate with team members.
•To Co-ordinate with all other disciplines.
•Responsible for delivering quality services for HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Suppression Systems.
•Responsible for providing recommendations to clients regarding systems that need replacement.
•Selection of machines like Fan coil units (FCU’S), Air Handling units (AHU’S), Chillers, Pumps based upon the Design Criteria.
•Pipe sizing for chilled water pipes in roof, riser and floor.

•Preparing Bills of Materials.
•Attending appraisal meetings with the coordination team to clarify the disputes, if any & giving them suggestions.
•Prepare project specific specification and data sheets.
•Evaluate vendor data sheets specific to the requirements of projects.
•Coordinate with vendors/suppliers to get quotation and vendor data sheets specific to the project per standard specifications as designated by client.
