• Handling the whole life cycle of recruitment from initial screenings to offers and ensures compliance with company standards. Life cycle, source, assess, interviewing and recruit candidates for a variety of positions
• Performs CV searching, head hunting using world-wide web Internet based and job portal recruitment applications
• Screening and evaluating CVs, received from internal and external applicants for company staff positions to meet hiring needs.
• Identify and regularly interfaces with external recruitment agencies, both local and overseas.
• To provide job search guidance, liaison and other communication formalities with various recruitment agencies (local and overseas).
• Oversees the company's staff recruitment process in assigned departments to ensure compliance with the company’s goals and objectives; ensures that vacancy announcements are posted regularly to appropriate minority and other special interest representatives and media.
• Work closely with Recruitment Heads in the development of strategies to attract the best possible pools of candidates, ensuring compliance with company recruitment policies and objectives.
• Handling RSR life cycle recruitment; source, assess, and recruit candidates for a variety of positions.
• Preparing weekly report and coordinating with the all overseas agencies.
• Screening and evaluating CVs received from internal and external applicants for company staff positions to meet hiring needs.
• To provide job search guidance, liaison and other communication formalities with various recruitment agencies (local and overseas).
• Coordinate and works with the recruitment team in providing high quality service offered by the appointed recruitment agencies.
• Coordination overseas agencies from a to z requirement.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Reviewing intensively the Job Description provided by the client.
• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
• Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions from the client.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport and source new candidate leads.
• Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
• Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters.
• Assist in interviewing and selecting employees’ onsite.
• Perform other special projects as assigned
