Manage the Sales team and operations
Planning the entire operations, sales, distribution and strategy for the team

Insuring that all channels of distribution in regards to the lower end of the trade are being continuously challenged with new projects, assignments that will insure better coverage, spread and distribution throughout the kingdom
Focusing on revenue, margin achievement and effective leadership and control of financial and human resources

Establishing a close working relationship with customer & principals
Maintaining all aspects of the on-going customer relationship, generating new business, tracking all activity/progress on the account site, providing pre and post-sales support
Negotiating settlement of customer claims which exceed the authority of Sales Managers
Responsible for the P&L and insuring that all financial measures in terms of targets, collections, credit etc. are being met, achieved and preferably exceeded.
Issue a monthly report submitted to the board to highlight main activities and challenges of each month
Controlling and monitoring the performance, targets, financials and HR aspects within the company as an organization and as human resources
Conducting monthly review with Top accounts
Develop first line managers and senior staff to be up-to-date with new trends.
Fulfilling all vacant positions in the organization structure, taking into consideration the diversity of nationalities, backgrounds, experience, etc
Ensure alignment with group working environment and employee engagement practices

Setting up the company as a work of the art establishment in terms of manpower, systems, resources, strategies etc
Develop plans to enhance operational effectiveness in all functions
Assists the General Manager in preparing the annual business plan and budgets.
Formulates sales goals, marketing plans and strategy and directs their execution to achieve the Company’s objectives.
Operates the sales activities within the approved budget and cost controls.
Develops and implements price schemes for all products and services based on market and competitors’ analysis, which should increase the sales and profitability of the Company.
Maintains excellent relationships with major customers.
Reviews and approves contracts with major customers.
Prepares and reviews the daily sales and collections reports.
Reviews with area sales representatives their sales plans and budgets and co-ordinates with them implementation of programs to meet the plans.
