Managed the reorganization and reopening of this fine dining restaurant in Manama, Bahrain, assumed responsibili-
ty for the daily operation of the entire restaurant, designed and introduced an extensive a la carte menu which result-

oversaw the stewarding, menu development as well as the preparation and service of customer orders.
The Sauté Station at this fine dining establishment a fusion of Traditional Italian and American Regional cuisine was
prepared in a creative and artistic fashion.
Contracted to the Bank of America-Nations Bank merger project: reduced redundancies and managed the improve-
ment of operational efficiencies, including the IT management.
Managed the customer service department and responsible for the introduction of the Point of Sales technology to
bank clientele including addressing any issues with the implementation of this new product.
Assisted several banking system development projects during my training phase and after completing the required
training assumed responsibility for the project to re-organize Al-Jazira Bank’s customer service system.
