Assessing, clarifying, and validating accounts and clients’ needs on an on-going basis and coordinate the involvement of resources including support, traditional and professional services in order to meet accounts performance objectives and customer’s expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting the management of current mobile payment services and support of new and existing business
• Create and/or consolidate monthly reports for Mobile payments partners and internal tracking.
• Supporting the creation of business requirement documents (BRD) for new product & service introduction s
• Prepare business cases for new product & service introductions and enhancements.
• E-Voucher project manager, that allows merchants to sell various products through the existing POS machines from vendors ( Telecom companies &
billers)
• Work closely with payment cards issuers, transit system providers, infrastructure and software vendors, internal departments within Meps and external parties to help define strategic opportunities in mobile commerce for payments mobility
• Projects management includes new product introductions, product and service enhancements, co -marketing opportunities and business planning &
Analysis activities.
• Responsible for leading edge service development and management of NFC Mobile Payments and mobile commerce projec t.
▪ Drove the sales professional team to penetrate Jordanian market of the post-paid lines and internet dongle service within a 150 subscription per month and achieved monthly targets.
▪ Imposed improvements across the business as a result of excellent commercial approaches by creating product briefs that meet all levels of attendees.
▪ Identified and present innovative and creative product solutions. (Bill payment through POS) was one of the innovations.
▪ Studied the business and operational requirements based upon the needs & objectives of the product & market for pipelines and bottlenecks.
