• Develop and maintain close working relationships with local government officials, with National Police, Traffic Police, Medical Hospitals and other relevant local authorities in the completion of investigation reports, and preparing U.S.A VIP visit to Elfasher specialy Special Envoy
• Do investigations bagckround for US Embassy and USAID employees.
• Representing Diplomatic Security Office when deal with UN Security in security meatings or local authorities.
• Make appointments with government officials for meetings and follow up.
• Updating and entering information in diplomatic security data base.
Submission of supporting documents from the authorities such as death certificates, medical certificates, results of post mortem and expert
• Translating the reports and correspondence from local authorities.
• Interpreting and translating in the meetings involving US Embassy diplomatic security and local authorities.
• Have responded to all incidents or accidents as directed.
• Have assisted in preparing comprehensive investigation reports in keeping with the established guidelines.
• Have maintained a register of all incidents or accidents in the appropriate register and allocating a case file numbers.
• Records of submission to Board of Inquiries and other relevant authorities are also maintained to ensure confidentiality.
