The Third Saudi Expansion Project for the Holy Prophet Masjid at Madinah.
The project comprises 4, 740, 000 m2 of new praying areas with up to date facilities. Works also include a Central Utility Complex (CUC) with all required Electromechanical installations, Infrastructure utility networks, Solid waste management systems, Toilets and ablution facilities, Parking areas and access roads, Security, low current and Telecommunication systems.
•Organize and manage the electrical section from the receipt of tenders to the completion of final account.
•Ensure that sub-contractors are supervised and their standard of work is acceptable and comply with agreed specifications and safety practices.
•Organize and attend regular meetings with all involved stakeholders in the project including local authorities to engage them and ensure their understanding and commitment for project success.
•Determine physical progress and quantities of work completed/ correct if necessary and approve monthly progress.
•Check and evaluate contractors` facilities, workshops, warehouses, etc. and issue engineer instructions for situations require correction.

•Lead electrical design of power distribution systems including switch gears 25 KV, 13.8 KV and 4.16 KV.
•Design review of schematic, single line diagrams, cable trays and cable selection.
•Preparation of inspections and testing plans.
•Assist with setting up and implementing project systems and procedures.
•Held and conduct Kick-off and coordination meetings.

•Evaluation of all contractor submittals; shop drawings, material, method of statement, etc.
•Raise Engineering instructions directly to the contractor if required in addition to NCR for the contractor work performance that require necessary corrective actions.
•Evaluate project variation orders and claims raised by main contractor and respond to contractors` RFI`s and DFC`s.
•Attend witness tests for the major electrical equipment’s in the factories before hand it over to site.
•Attend all progress meetings with client and contractor.
Tripoli Tower Complex project.
•Installation of all equipment’s related to MEP department such as; switch gears, transformers, panel boards, cable trays, trunks, power and lighting works, low current systems and BMS system.
•Participate in all technical and coordination meetings and communicate with owner and consultancy representatives.
•Raise and follow up project variation orders and claims.
Technical Office

•Responsibility for preventive maintenance of power plant equipment’s.
•Ensure safety of all electrical equipment’s and the safety of technicians working in the plant.
