a. Shoring & Piling Stage:
1. Check the pile coordinates & all related surveying work. (Levels, Verticality, etc.)
2. Checking the anchoring stressing & related test according to the specification.
3. Check the Bentonite system & related tests.
4. Check the piles depth & reinforcement prior the casting of concrete.
5. Attends all the tests required (static, dynamic, sonic, integrity test.
6. Check the safety & quality during the work progress.
7. To maintain a log for all the concrete test results to ensure a proper control on the concrete quality.
b. Super Structure:
1. Supervising and checking all work on site.
2. To study all the drawings and specification.
3. To check the structure shop drawings in accordance with the design drawings.
4. To maintain the safety and quality measures during the work on site.

2- To study the BOQ properly and compare it with the project budget.
3- To provide all the subcontractors required for the project according to the budget.
4- Coordinate with the project staff to maintain the site progress in accordance with the baseline programme.
5- Coordinate with the consultant and the client representative.
6- Timely ordering the materials required in order to ensure the continuity of the work.
7- Raising Technical queries for unclear points in the drawings.
8- Submit all materials and shop drawings for consultant approval.
9- Preparing the monthly progress payment certificate of the project along with all documentary evidences.
10- Preparing weekly and monthly plans and discuss it with the project
