RESPONSIBILITIES:
QA /QC Engineer
• Develop the Project Quality Plan (PQP) Quality procedures and ITPs as per the Project Specifications
• Ensure to all the civil work according to the Engineering Standards and Specifications.
• Ensure all the Quality of construction work is going on according to the approved Quality Control
Plan, Construction Drawings or shop Drawings.
• Review the offered material’s specifications to determine the project requirements compliance
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications & Approved
Drawings
• Communicate with the construction crews and conduct internal inspections prior to initiate the request for inspection (RFI) as per the approved ITP for the Quality Assurance to the client’s representative and monitor the inspection on daily basis based on RFI.
• Providing assistance in getting Approval from the consultant after Inspection and make sure that the submitted RFI should be approved.
• Always keep the high concern with job site safety during inspections.
• Monitor the performance the sub contractor’s work Quality
• Provide the assistance and efforts for the successful completion of project as per the work base line schedule along with high class quality and entire satisfaction from client
• Ensure that all the required lab testing are continue without failure and subjected record is
properly maintained for the client assurance
• Witness and maintain the record for test result related to the work like Field Density Test, concrete comprehensive strength, concrete temperature & slump, asphalt temperature, etc.
• Reporting to the QA/QC Manager daily base for the quality of construction work.
• Frequently checking of the calibration of the instruments used for testing.
• Help in preparing the documents for submission to the client preparatory for commissioning and acceptance of the project.
• Develop the Monthly Progress Payment (Invoices) with all related attachments.
• Coordinate the meetings with RC representatives and subcontractors.
• Develop the RTC Record of Transfer Custody and Operation & Maintenances Manuals for each
activity and follow it with the end user of each project.
• Preparation and keep following of all documentations of closing out projects until we received the Certificate of Completions (COC).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervision, execution & Inspection of structure work RCC foundations, columns, beams, slabs
and finishing works.
• Making sure that the material should be available at site for the upcoming task before it starts.
• Calculates the quantities of materials and order them effectively as per the site requirement.
• Checking for the concrete work such as temperature, slump test.
• Checking all the materials as per the standard and according to the drawing.
• Supervision of the reinforcement details, columns and slab as per approved Shop drawing and
address for an inspection to consultant.
• Inspecting concrete while pouring and making the pouring card for concrete.
• Understand the sequence of works and complete the work on time.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site force and the
work of any subcontractors
Project : Housing Board & Apartment (India)
Client : PWD
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• AutoCAD specialist.
• Calculating the quantity and cost of materials used for the projects.
• Surveys and levels the site, and marks the position of planned structures.
• Checks drawings and QUANTITIES and makes cost-effective solutions and proposals for the
intended project.
• Plans the work and efficiently organizes the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Liaises with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the
general workforce involved in the project.
• Liaises with clients and their representatives, including attending regular meetings to keep them
informed of progress.
