• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across company.
• Generate HR Policies & Procedures, HR forms, Employee Handbook, Orientation Programs, and On-boarding procedures
• Develop and manage the manpower plans & budgets in line with the organizational priorities and business plans.
• Conduct Job analysis program for all defined roles in the organization.
• Develop compensation and benefits strategies, salary scales, incentive schemes and pool of financial and non-financial benefit programs and monitor their effectiveness.
• Compile data collection tools/Job evaluations to participate in salary surveys and review alignment of the compensation and benefits strategy with the desired market positioning.
• Undertake Employee engagement programs and contribute in employee retention.
• Oversee management and employee relations to ensure a highly effective workforce capable of achieving business goals and objectives while maintaining high ethical standards and legal compliance.
Responsible and assisting in the provision of an efficient and effective Recruitment and Selection service to the Trust, ensuring that key objectives, relating to the Recruitment and Selection service are achieved. liaise with the Service Groups, to which they are linked, to ensure that the service provided meets their needs.
Provides a comprehensive, effective and efficient Human Resources services, under the guidance of the HR Manager by providing a pro-active support service on a full range of Human Resources Functions i.e. Payroll process, Organization Structure, HRIS, Recruitment, Technical HR Project (THRP), Employees Induction and Retention.
SHRM SENIOR CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL (SHRM-SCP) HR professionals who develop strategies, lead the HR function, foster influence in the community, analyze performance metrics, and align HR strategies to organizational goals, should take the SHRM-SCP exam.
