1- Negotiating with suppliers (local & international) the prices through preparing price quotations.
2- Preparing the purchase orders & following up with the suppliers on the delivery dates.
3- Act as an intermediary between suppliers & finance department to schedule the payments to the suppliers.
4- keeping on a daily basis communication with all warehouses to handle the new in-coming deliveries from the various suppliers.
5- Reporting to the management about the updated status of the inventory at hand & the needed new amounts (if needed)
in a timely & regularly basis.
