Follow-up factory work and managed it to reach the desired goal by working on coordination among all sections of the plant and use the latest administrative methods to avoid the monotony of work and out of the routine to the world of excellence and creativity.

ليلا: مسؤول عن المصنع كاملا.
• I was the extrusion section leader from 1999 until 2001.
• I was the packing section leader from 2001 until 2003.
• I was the stranding section leader from 2003 until 2005.
• Since 2005 until 2008 the drawing section leader.
• I also worked as production manager for 6 months during the absence
of our production manager.
• I was a key member of founding ERP system in the factory.

نهارا: مسؤول عن أقسا م الإنتاج (مساعد مدير الإنتاج)

ليلا: إدارة المصنع فنيا و إداريا في الوردية الليلية.
• Responsible for producing plastic grains, which are used in plastic industry.
• Responsible for producing electrical pipes and flexible hoses.
• Responsible for all administrative and technical issues at shift B as well as all
employees related issues.
