· Scanning the KSA market with all regions for the new projects.
· Approaching the consulting offices to specify our products.
· Analyzing the tenders inquiries starting from the drawings going through B.O.Q. …etc then follow up with the customers to assure getting a successful deal
· Provide the commercial, estimation and technical department with tender details.
· Supervising the fabrication process to meet the delivery date and Completion
· Contracts negotiations and provide on budget commercial proposal.
· Preparing Sales forecast, Plan orders, and Targets on yearly base and monitoring it on monthly base for the whole market of Saudi Arabia
· Coordinating with the Business Units and factories on monthly bases to ensure the deliveries and avoiding any shortages

Responsible of sales and interior designer team
• Interior designer responsible for designing homes commercials projects from understanding the customers needs and requirements .
• Responsible for executive the work in turnkey projects finishing and furnishing in a time frame programme .
• Prepare all production purchase order for our factory for curtain and furniture with professional experience in wood work, fabrics and upholstery accessories.
•Establishing strong relationship with key customers by understanding their needs.
•Evaluate the material requirement and present the design to the client for their approval.
• Plan the interior environment of the residential or commercial project and determine the factors affecting the plan
• Determine the overall budget, architectural preferences and purpose of the design
• Guide the clients on space planning, layout design, perspective and color coordination.
• Purchase the furnishings, art work, design accessories, etc., for designing the Interiors
• Deliver the design ideas in the form of drawings or paste-ups
•Always develop myself with all the latest ideas in the interiors designs to be oriented Towards considerable development processes.
