Working as aCivilian chemical analyst /technician in both food section and detergent & cosmetics section, I was checking the products in terms of both physical & chemical properties according to the international standers for food I did the following tests : the percentage of moisture, ash, protein, fat, salt, pollutants . brix, fillers and………

Also my duty was to operate the lab and the equipments inside the lab. also working on the spechtrophotometry equipments and chromatography analysis.
i have a degree in B.Sc. Applied Chemistry / industrial chemistry .
