 Preparation of mechanical engineering calculations such as Heat Load Calculation, Ventilation calculation, static pressure calculations, pressure drop calculations for pumps.
 Obtaining all HVAC equipment’s Material (MD) & Source Approvals as per contract specification from consultant before ordering the material, Submitting RFAS (Request for Alternative Source) for cost saving to the project.
 Preparation of Method statements, Sequence of operation & HVAC Control Schematics for all HVAC & BMS Works.
 Preparation of Shop drawings, Composite drawings & As built drawings with CAD team, coordinating with required changes through RFI’s.
 Placing the orders for HVAC Equipments Like Chiilers, AHU’s, FCU’s, Chilled Water Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Ventilation Fans, Precision A.C units, VAV’s after getting approval from consultant & materials like G.I & Stainless Steel Duct, Plenums, Motorised dampers, Fire Dampers, Air Inlets & Outlets, Chilled water Pipe & Fittings, Valves, duct and pipe insulation as per the Approvals & Project specifications, .
 Supervising site Installation with the team of site foremen’s & Ensuring that proper sequence is followed at site for Installation of HVAC works Installation of HVAC equipments like chillers, AHU’S etc & Ducting, Chilled water piping, smoke ventilation system interfacing with fire alarm system as per contract requirement & specification.
 Following up with BMS works, HVAC Electrical related works & fire alarm system for smoke ventilation.
 Preparations of Work inspections requests (WIR) & Material inspection requests (MIR).
 Coordination of HVAC works with other disciplines like structure, civil, electrical to give clearance for ceiling work.
 Attaining the meetings & Site walks with the Client, Project Managers, Consultants & main contractor for work progress.
 Flushing of chilled water network & Testing & Balancing of Air & Water Side of HVAC System.
 Following up the commissioning of HVAC equipment & TAB works with approved Third party Vendor.
 Preparing project close out documents like Authority Approvals (MEW & KFD), operation & maintenance manuals, Handling over Spare Parts as per contract specification & BOQ.
 Replying and closing of JSI’s & NCR’s raised by consultants in professional manner and As per Specifications.
 Keeping record for man power working on the site, keeping the management well informed of any excess or shortage available on site.
 Interfacing and working with consultant in a professional manner to achieve project goals.
 Supporting the planning department for payment of bills and with work progress.
 Project Close out procedures as per the contract specifications & Hand over to clients.
