This is one of Sharjah’s largest shopping mall, the redevelopment, which added 13, 700 square meters space. Sharjah’s first 12-Screen VOX cinema complex has been added to the shopping Centre, along with 23 shops, restaurants and more 700 carparks as well as new toilets and prayer rooms. The refurbishment has undergone in existing mall includes the redesign of entrance, entire interior and exterior facelift

The Habtoor city is a prestigious project in Dubai with a combined worth of AED 11 billion comprises of 3 Hotel towers and 3 Residential towers( 75 Stories)—Built up residential area 254, 000Sq.meters and built up parking area 90, 000square meters.
Responsible for all finishing works for basements of 3 hotel towers and multilevel carparks.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN ALL ABOVE MENTIONED COMPANIES/PROJECTS

• Carrying out all site activities in accordance with Planning, Scheduling, method of statements and allocating resources. • Closely Monitoring all subcontractors work as per awarded scope, drawings, specifications, and target agreed program. • Coordinating with consultants and municipality engineers for work inspection. • Reviewing Tender vs IFC drawings and notifying to commercial departments for variation claims, • Getting approvals of submittals/ materials from consultants. • Coordinating with Mechanical and Electrical engineers for effective implementation of MEP works. • Carrying out material and manpower requirement, planning the works in accordance with program requirements and monitoring the labor productivity to complete the work within allocated budget. • Ensuring good housekeeping is followed with all safety regulations and providing safe area of works with coordination of safety department at site. • Verification of sub-contractors bills with Q.S Engineer. • Monitoring and complying relevant information on production rates. • Coordination with supervision team working under me for look ahead activities for smooth coordination between main and sub-contractors. • Closely monitoring weekly manpower histograms vs actual with the planner.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting site progress in conjunction to contract documents, specifications & drawings. • Inspecting the quality of work, shop drawings, materials approval, and samples as per specifications and drawings • Preparing project progress report and comparing with site program for client on weekly and monthly basis. • Coordinating work with contractors and client for different aspects of work and maintain contractual correspondence. • Inspecting running bills and quantity as per the progress of work.
