- On site inspections (Steel Reinforcement of
columns, beams, slabs, foundations, stairs,
core walls etc.
- Inspection of concrete precast elements
before casting and after erection.
- Reviewal of shop drawings for approval
with tender.
- Inspection of steel structures erections and
all tests required.
- Familiar with the ACI building Code.
- Inspections of levels, formwork, total
station, Awazel and surface preparations.
- Monitor quality of concrete, casting of
structural elements, and cubes crushing.
- Monitor the contractor under the usage of
approved materials and equipment.
- Maintain quality of the ongoing work from
the contractor.
- Calculating quantities to assess the
contractor’s monthly progress.
- Coordinate with main contractor and all
subcontractors about the progress of the
project.
- Able to work under pressure and quick at
problem solving while enhancing the best
alternative solution.

- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Assist on structural drawings using AutoCAD & Revit ( Design/Shop drawings).
