 Lusail city is a smart city which is prepared for FIFA world cup with the area of 38 square km.
 Managing the contracts for Lusail city operations on behalf of client. (Qatari Diar).
 Routine Inspections for all the PPM, CM, MEP Services to ensure the operations and maintenance of the assets are being carried out as per the applicable standards.
 Review all the necessary documents related to mobilization and demobilization submitted by service providers as per the contract.
 Conduct the weekly and monthly meetings with service providers and share the minutes to all the stakeholders.
 Review all the PPM plans, PPM checklists as per the O&M recommendations.
 Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports of service providers and issued the comments.
 Preparation of Key Performance indicator (KPI) for the service provider.
 Check and Verify the CM/PPM task through CAFM system.
 Conduct Audit for the various assets and submit the report to service provider for action.
 Request, initiate, monitor, inspect and certify all the call off basis services carried out by service providers.
 Coordinate and attend the inspection with various stakeholders during the handover and takeover of the assets like Generator, LV Panel, UPS, small power, Cable Tray, CBS, Lighting systems Fire Alarm. Intercom, Public Adress, CCTV, PMS, PGS in related to the Lusail City Operations. i.e., KAHRAMAA, ASHGHAL, Almeera etc.
 Coordinate, conduct and issue the reports for asset take over inspections to the infra structure team for the Lusail City assets. i.e., Public Car Parks, Pump stations and Roads. .streetlights.
