Preparing and submit to the managing director financial statement.
Identify, communicate and resolve any issues with business unit management.
Assist the managing director in office management and, Administers all accounting functions and other operations which interface, billing, collection, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inter-company transaction, treasury and general ledger .
Involved in billing and collection activities such as reconciliation and verification of accounts.
Audit the cashier on the actual cash disbursement and receipts and make finding, suggestions or remarks thereon.
Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and cheques, sustaining business transactions.
Administers all accounting functions and other operations which interface HRD, payroll, billing, collection, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inter-company transactions, treasury and the general ledger. Involved in billing and collection activities such as reconciliation and verification of accounts.
Check Payment request, employee advances loans & petty cash prior to payment.
Evaluating customer financials and provide recommendations on credit terms as per company policy.
Follow up on customer payments and develop relationship with customer’s accounts.
Check on letter of credit clauses & Prepare related documents for Negotiation for letter of credit.
Report to the management on the Receivable dues, collections.
