Ensure correct, efficient processing of stock & direct material.
•Ensure store goods correctly and in an appropriate condition, making efficient use of storage space and ensure adequate and proper protection of material before storage. Ensure that the physical stock in storage is conformity with book stock by carrying out timely stores audits and stock counts.
•Control goods issue, receipt, repairable component items and audit of all strategic material.
•Verify and audit all high value items by carrying out cycle’s stock taking based on
