Dia.2500 mm FRP pipe installed with M.H and junction Box, Catch Basin 4 Cell
Box Culvert 1Km in length and concerned Road Reinstatement. Cast 1.5 Billion.
RESPNSIBILITIES:
• Forward the Inspection request to the concerned Inspectors after secretory receives it from the contractor for their inspection and Reviewing and commenting the Inspection request submitted by Inspectors with their comments and forward it to RE for approval.
• Preparing daily reports with equipment and manpower used in the site, preparing letters to PMC, Contractor.
• Preparing weekly report, Preparing Monthly report and Bi-Weekly Senior site staf meeting report.
• Reviewing Method statements, ITP, review shop drawings, Material submittals, Contractors two weeks look ahead program, monthly report and forwarding to RE for approval.
• Attending Kick of meeting, weekly progress meetings, Coordination meeting, Clients Biweekly meeting and preparing minutes of meeting.
• Replying for contractors request for information.
• Reviewing and approving the comments of Quantity surveyor regarding the Valuations submitted by contractor.
• Reviewing contractor's payment certificates after QS prepares the payment certificates.
• Checking the daily progress of work and preparing and forwarding weekly progress report.
• Participate with client in reviewing the close out report as submitted by contractor.
• Provide technical leadership to team. Coordinate and monitor activities of team.
• Ensure prompt exchange of correspondence and approvals.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of records. Maintain awareness of contracts financial status.
• Monitor HSE performance of in the area (against the departmental, project or contract HSC Plan) and to ensure that all work sites under my control and operating in safe manner.
• Review the scope of construction works and identify any anomalies prior and during construction.
• Review marked-up as built drawings of the completed job before handover to client.
