5. Communicate with clients to build and maintain a strong working relationship and reduce the number of clients who stop working with the company.
6. Implement credit policies and procedures that retain a smooth running of the department and avoid excessive credit limits

2. Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
3. Follow up collection and delinquent loans and prepared the required reports
4. Visiting customers according to random sample for evaluation Loans and prepare visiting reports and recommendations to the loan committee
5. Assists Area Manager in allotment of working area to Field Officers and Guides Field Officers in developing business
