 Design and prepare Drilling and Completion fluids that include; Water based fluids, Oil based Fluids, and Drill-in fluids for different field applications upon tender requests.

 Operate specialty equipment such as; HTHP filtration, API filtration, FANN 35 viscometer, OFITE900 viscometer, FANN35 viscometer, Brookfield viscometer, FANN 75, Pore Plugging Apparatus, Malvern Particle Size distribution, and Lubricity meter.

 Conduct chemical and physical analyses to provide technical assistance for field personnel in field sample investigations.

 Provide technical support to the Reliability Engineering team with regards to tool failure investigations.

 General lab management and maintenance/calibration of all equipment on regular basis as per API standards.

 Lead research experiments for University funded projects and Research Foundations in the Chemical Engineering Research Department.

 Assisted students in running experiments throughout the lab sessions.

 Communicated research results to the Head of Research lab for a range of projects including:
1. Benefaction of Low Grade Bauxite for the production of Alumina.
2. Spent caustic treatment by Fenton's method (Humid oxidation with peroxide) constructed a pilot plant.
3. Optimizing Heat transfer Coefficient in Rising/Climbing Film Evaporator

 Acquired knowledge about all the functions and testing procedures of Liner Hanger Systems.

 Learned about the main steps of the completions stage along with casing/tubing procedures.

 Assembled, disassembled, and tested various tools with the help of tech units such as: ZXP Liner Packer, ControlSET FLEX-LOCK, HRD-E, UB-DOBS, 2RH Liner setting tool, and the J-Hydraulic setting tool.

 Witnessed the Stabbing process of the Running tools into the Liner Hanger.

 Acquired knowledge about the functions, properties, and testing procedures regarding Drilling and Completion Fluids.

 Built drilling fluid muds such as Oil-Based mud, Water-Based mud, and Drill-In mud for drilling operations and to meet tender specifications.

 Performed full mud checkups that included 9 different testing procedures.

 Operated High tech machines such as: FANN 75, Pore Plugging tester, Particle Size distribution, Hydrometers, Flash point meters and Viscometers.

 Performed Engineering Hole Volume Calculations.

 Carried out testing procedures with Baker Petrolite such as: Kettle and RC test, Residual test, Deposit and Foaming test.

 Executed standardization and calculations regarding the preparation of solutions and mixtures used by all lab sessions.

 Arranged equipment set-ups and perform pre-experiential testing.

 Ensured lab safety and general up keep.

 Fulfilled all clerical related duties including WACI compilations, MSDS reference books, Chemical Waste logs, and weekly/monthly/semesterly Lab Safety check lists.
