Managing the interfaces and ensuring that the approvals, NOC, and permits soughed and obtained for all aspects of the
Projects, tracking Authority approvals, monitoring, escalation, expediting issues, issue resolution and risk mitigation.
Issue the Stakeholder management plans and Stakeholder management reports, implements and directs the internal and
external communication management strategies related to the program.
Detailed understanding of Authority processes, procedures and policies and ensure that these adhered to during the
submission and review process.
Lead and mentor junior members of the stakeholder management team.
Follow up establishment and develop new branches for the company, renewal, upgrade, and modification for the
company’s trade licenses, classification certificates, official accounts, and memberships.
Advice on administrative, technical, logistics, and legal matters.

Managing the portals MePS, BPS, IPS, RTA, NOC, ADDC, MCC, and DOT to insure obtaining the design approvals, building
permits, NOCs, and BCCs for all projects including the projects type (design & build).
Liaison management with authority, Governmental departments, and organizations such as Municipalities (ADM, DM,
AAM, WRM ..), RTA, DOT, Civil Defence offices, ADDC, DEWA, AADC, Etisalat, Du, Trakhees, ADWEA, Dubai Creative
Clusters Authority (DCCA), Dubai South, UPC, Adnoc, Enoc, Eppco, Critical Infrastructure & Coastal Protection Authority
(CICPA), Environment Agency.

Predict the obstacles that may hinder to start up the construction in the tender stage based on the site conditions, and
propose appropriate solutions and necessary pre-construction preparation to avoid delays and extra cost.
Support the projects from the tender stage through the site handing over, site preparation, building permit, shop-
drawings approvals, building completion certificates, to restoring deposits.
Follow the projects on daily and detailed bases in order to insure a smooth and un-restricted work by obtaining timely
approvals such as dewatering, tower crane, trail pits NOC, cutting asphalt, road diversion approval, HSE Plan, construction
environment management plan (CEMP), risk assessment, land survey requests, inspection requests, traffic management
plan, and diversion of existing services from the construction limits.
Obtaining the approvals for the temporary site offices, temporary services connections, deasil tanks, lay-down area, and
permanent connections.
Set up and operate the online portals of the company’s accounts on all governmental departments and authorities.
Establish and develop new branches for the company inside and outside UAE and achieving the necessary standards.
Follow up the renewal, upgrade, and modification for the company’s trade licenses, classification certificates, official
accounts, and memberships.
Follow the approvals of the labour camps, transportation, labour feed, and establishment of the workshops and stores.
