• Receiving the Incoming Purchase orders and Verifying the sales & Support Agreements and Advance Payments.
• Sending the order Acknowledgment after being signed by respective staff and Managers.
• Composing the sales quotations in system and sending them to clients via emails or Hand deliveries and maintaining the file records.
• Maintaining the records of Incoming Purchase orders and coordinating with Account Dept.
• Contacting the suppliers and composing the outgoing Purchase orders.
• Making the local purchases & Oracle International Purchases related to Hardware & Software Products and maintaining the records of the Purchase.
• Keeping the Tracks of Orders and following up with suppliers based on the delivery terms.
• Coordinating with the Projects Team based on the project requests from the customers.
• Monitoring the Projects and deliveries and based on the completion, instructing the Accounts department to compose the final invoice after verifying by the sales staff & Managers.
• Coordinating with the Finance team and updating the Invoice issued to customers and received by vendors in the system.
• Closely coordinating with the contract coordinator with regards to Annual Maintenance agreements.
- Answering phones and operating a switchboard, Route calls to specific
people.
- Answering inquiries about the company.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
- Handling Check-In and Checkout Procedure
- Handling Guest Complaints
- Coordinate office activities.
- Arrange appointments, send email and faxes.
- Posts room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
- Posts guest charge purchase transactions not posted by the front office
cashier.
