Managed to implement new PMV plans and procedures within 6 months of taking the new position that reported a 20% improvement in departmental efficiency and 15% reduction in overall cost.

Managed to implement the Quality Management system (ISO-9001) and Asset Management system (55001) procedures within a period of 4 months.

Managed to establish all PMV operations including Heavy/Light equipment operations, Fuel section, Lifting & Rigging and Tower cranes erection and dismantling within a period of 3 months within the proposed budget.

Established new procedures and processes to streamline the operation activities thereby saving 10% in cost reduction and improving efficiency by 15%.

Studying and analyzing internal processes continually and suggesting improvements and enhancements to management Supporting HR Dept. with regard to manpower screening during the recruitment process

Developing and managing the training and certification program to all operation workers Managing the total operation of the newly established Rental Section with regard to Equipment mobilization, daily operational issues and coordination with the clients.

Ensures that all vehicles are safe and road-worthy, driven by trained drivers and maintained by experienced personnel.

Familiar with all vehicles used and be able to maintain records of licenses, registrations and the like.

Co-ordinate the work of subordinate staff and work effectively with order executives and departmental managers to ensure effective completion of work and achievement of departmental objectives and targets.

Ensuring maximum manpower and Equipment utilization through task/time cards to achieve operational efficiency and reduce idle time.

Negotiate and authorize contracts with equipment and materials suppliers, and monitor contract fulfillment
