iii. Responsibilities/Projects • Responsible for implementing occupational health, safety and environment policy (OHS&E)
• Conducting Company’s internal safety Audit and interaction with third parties (OSHAS 18001
and ISO 14001).
• Preparing and implementing different HSE Plans suitable to site as per the company standard
and client requirement.
• Conducted safety training program for Engineers, Supervisors and workers to create
awareness on safety at work place. Evaluated, established and monitored the performance of
a HSMS system.
• Conducting Activity Risk Assessments on critical tasks, ( Work At height - Scaffolding, Hot Work,
Excavation Etc)
• Performs safety Training & safety meeting Presentations.
• Preparing new safety implementation.
• Conducting safety promotion programs and classes
• Conduct site inspection for all all activities. (e.g Work at height - scaffolding, Confined space,
Excavation etc))
• Communicate pertinent best practices, lessons learned, HSE alerts
• Communicate and coordinate the tracking of remedial action developed to correct reported
incident(s) to facilitate adequate and timely closure of action.
• Prepare & follow Emergency Response / Rescue Plan. Conducting emergency Mock drill.
• Preparing and maintaining all types of HSE Reports as per HSE Manual, HSE plan and as per
client requirement.
• Reporting and maintaining all near misses, First aid cases, incident and accident investigation
report.
• Build a team approach to maintaining compliance while improving HSE efforts on-site.
Project:
• Civil service projects and 10 no’s of EPC Tanks Project at Safah (B-09) and Wadi Latham (B-
27) field oxy Oman.
iii. Responsibilities/Projects • Assumed responsibility for creating and implementing safety programs to ensure a safe
working environment at the construction site.
• Conducted safety training program for Engineers, Supervisors and workers to create
awareness on safety at work place. Evaluated, established and monitored the performance of
a HSMS system. (HSMS, Work at Height, Electrical Safety, Scaffolding Awareness Etc)
• Planned HSE procedures with an objective of streamlining processes and operations, and
reducing errors, cost and wastage. Investigated and escalated accidents / incidents to the
senior management. Recommended corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
• Conduct internal specific training as per client and site requirement.
(Internal scaffolding awareness, Work at height, Confined space entry Etc, H2s, .)
• Assessed potential reasons for accidents. Developed a comprehensive prevention, control and
mitigation program to eliminate accidents. Coordinated HSE implementation across all
contractors and subcontractors to all construction activities at site. Compiled and presented
several HSE documents such as work permit system, all types of portable equipment and fire
extinguisher Checklist for, Risk assessment or HIRA, Method statement, Specific training
program me etc.
• Arranged safety committee meetings to facilitate development of strategies for improving
safety at site. Streamlined operations to ensure optimal work performance at site with
minimum risk to personnel, equipment, materials and environment.
• Ensured adequate resources were available to facilitate bottle neck free execution at site.
Coordinated tool box meetings and seminars and conducted HSE induction training for all
contractual workers, Staffs and visitors. Initiated safety audits every quarter.

Responsibilities/Projects • Ensured all work related activities at site were in line with established safety laws, norms,
standards, work permit system and safe work procedures.
• Initiated safety awareness campaigns such as observing safety week, spreading message on
safety through audio visual aids, conducting lectures, organizing seminars and creating
content.
• Took measures to ensure all safety procedures were in place at the construction project site.
Supervised work permits. Handled availability of high quality mandatory safety equipments
for workers at the construction site.
• Monitored site safety inspections. Initiated mock fire-fighting drill regularly along with
conducting a fire protection survey.
• Conduct internal specific training as per client and site requirement. (Internal scaffolding

• Determined the hazardous tasks and processes in addition to highlighting the hazardous zones
