operations throughout the tool inside the factory,
• Regular follow-up for shift operation /shutdown maintenance service in all
equipment performance (belt and screw conveyors, bucket elevators, chillers, all
type of pumps, air blowing system, filters ( press & candle ) centrifugal machines,
blowers, id fan, air compressors) with manpower,
• Conduct training and seminars for operators including newly installed equipment
for operational improvement,
• Ensuring employee shift schedules in maintenance and engineering team to
support the process of plant operations for 24 hours / day,
• Updating for maintenance spare materials (order / stock / consumable) from
stores for the entire means of sugar production in order to support the smooth
operation of the plant,
• Involved various mechanical duty role in team leader, shift engineer, mechanical

• Critical equipment’s inspection on daily basis and same was updated in sap
notification (PM module).

• Plate heat exchangers for heating of liquor by heat recovery systems.

• Bagging machines (50 Kg) installation & commissioning.
• De-dusting filters Installation & Commissioning.
• Raw sugar unloading conveyors (capacity 3600t/h, belt width 1600mm ).
• Gypsum plant (Wall Board) fabrication & erection work - Ducting, Structure,
Stacks, Belt Conveyors, Gallery, Silos.
Roles And Responsibilities:
• Liaise with supplier and consultant in finalizing project details.
• Co-ordinate with the internal design department in preparation of drawings for in-
house projects.
• Review the drawings submitted by consultant received from the equipment and
machinery supplier and suggest modifications whenever necessary.
• Preparing bill of material as per given drawing & raising purchase request.
• Follow up with purchase department for requested material to receive at site.
• Plan and schedule fabrication & erection activities with the subcontractor/in house
workers.
• Verify civil foundations with drawings and equipment dimensions.
• Inspect equipment/machinery received at site for conformity with specifications
and quality and arrange for safe storage.
• Continuous monitoring/inspecting assign jobs at site as per drawing, to avoid
reworks.
• Mobilization/de mobilization of lifting equipments (cranes).
• Participate in pre commissioning checks along with consultant.
• Collaborate in commissioning of plant/equipment along with process staff and
follow up rectification of teething problems till functional parameters are
established.
