Responsibilities: • Implementation and Configuration of Active Directory which involved Installation of Windows 2003/2008 Server, Installation of Active Directory, Configured DNS for Domain, Configured DHCP server, Created policies for the objects, Allocated Resources and assign security right privilege, Implemented Group Policies, Configured sites and services.
• Installing, Configuring & Administering DNS service.
• Installing software MS Office 2003/2007/2010, Acrobat reader, Symantec Antivirus, Java, etc.
• Installing & Configuring Scanners, Printers, Web Cameras, Ethernet Cards.
• Implementation and troubleshooting of network connectivity at all the locations and provide network connectivity as and when new location comes in to the network.
• Configuring and Troubleshooting of Networking Equipments: Cisco Routers and Switches.
• Manage the resolution of all IT service related user problems and queries, installing,
configuring and troubleshooting local, network and IP Printers, taking regular system
backups and restoring it as and when required, project documentation.
• Installation and updating of Antivirus Patches, Weekly backup.
• Backup Management, Reporting and Recovery.
• Software Installation, Peripheral Installation and Troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting Windows Family XP.
• Troubleshooting of Network issues, Server issues, PC's & Laptops issues.
• Installation and updating of Antivirus Patches, Weekly backup of logs.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for client desktops/laptops and networking environment.
• Backup Management, Reporting and Recovery.
• Software Installation, Peripheral Installation and Troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting Windows Family XP, Vista, Win7, 2003 server, 2008 server.
• Troubleshooting of Network issues, Server issues, PC's & Laptops issues.
• Configuring VPN, Wireless access points.
Upgrading and monitoring
•Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines company wide
•Working on Active Directory accounts,
•Managing and monitoring of backups in multiple locations
