AL SHAALI MARINE MALDIVES is a leading fiberglass boats and yacht manufacturer in Maldives, of fering a wide range of watersports vessels, fishing vessels, speed launch, diving and excursions vessels, luxury vessels, to suit every need.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Managing documentation of and training on production procedures and work instructions.
• Oversee the implementation and administration of the quality assurance program, HACCP plan, and standard operating procedures.
• Working with team members to strive for continuous improvement through lean processing principles.
• Investigating and implementing ideas for quality improvement, increasing productivity and cost reduction.
• Successfully managing production, repair, and refurbishment activities so all orders were delivered on time.
• Managed departmental activities regarding safety, health, and environmental issues to ensure that proper consideration is given to corporate policy and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Preparing the quotations for production, repair, and refurbishment vessels
• Making sketches/drawings for lay-outs for production and repair concepts to present to customers for their approval.
• Supervise the workflow both internal and external, through established communication processes and channels.
• Analyze Global Performance including Design Load Case, motion analysis, air gap analysis, and load calculations.
• Revitalize internal engineering interface with Structures, Marine Systems, Mooring/Cables, and Installation.
• Analyze critical elements and performance of the design using analytic tools, model scale, and full-scale
testing.
• helping troubleshoot and diagnose product design issues prior to product launch.
• Prepare service history reports for repair and refurbishment vessels.
• Maintain internal engineering interface with structures, marine systems, and oversee installation
