 Configuring Vlans and managing new switches Nortel(Avaya) and cisco according to project requirement.
 Contacting and escalating regarding connectivity issues and for timely resolution.
 Monitoring 24/7/365 with tools(Netflow and Ping monitor)
• Managing Triton Websense (7.8 & 8.2) proxy server
 Creating new rules, identities and policies and restricting access according to project requirement.
 Tracking the usage of internet according to business needs.
• Creating and Managing checkpoint firewall(4200 & 5400) appliance
 Creating Host, Nodes and allowing or restricting IPs according to project requirement.
 Filtering abnormal traffic and restricting intrusions by dropping policies.

a) Monitoring over 200 E1 links
b) ID Management
c) Checking alarms on Avaya ( Major, Minor)
• Monitoring AVAYA Application Enablement Services (AES) servers Ver. 6.0
• IT Support Management
a) Managing IT related works for 25 locations in India for our company, which includes as follows:
1) Taking CMS back up day to day (Incremental and Full).
2) Replacement of tapes from loggers.
3) Generating reports from CMS.
4) Genesys PRI Audio codes monitoring.
