Project Description:
• It is the biggest and precious of central area of Al-Madina Al-Munawara, I was fully involved in infrastructure starting from cutting of mountains till required level to start the infrastructure work. Till to date I am performing handing over the project to the client.
Responsibilities:
• Site Supervising and inspection carried out according to contract specification, approved shop drawings and as per quality control plan.
• Monitoring daily ongoing construction activities to ensure the project is ongoing according to contract project schedule.
• Reviewing of material & data submittals according to contact specification.
• Giving approval on method of statement and assist to contactor to prepare the mock up sample for approval.
• Inspection of steel & concrete structures.
• Evaluation and finalization of change orders according to approved RFI and Quantity Verification backup.
• Preparing weekly, monthly reports and site non-conformance reports and asking for remedial of non-conformance issues according to project specifications.
• Closeout the all QA/QC, Safety issues.
• Infrastructure work including, Roads, Drainage, Service Yard and Compound wall, MEP services, sidewalks, grading of lands (cut & fill).
• .Knowledge of all drawings, codes and specifications and material procedures.
• Providing guidance to contractors for scope of work, Schedule and other technical information as per requirements.
• Maintaining & tracking of inspection records and follows up.
• Approving for concrete pouring schedule as per site requirements.
